The Happy Valley Business Alliance aims to be the premier connector to businesses within the greater Happy Valley community. With businesses throughout Clackamas and Multnomah Counties, the HVBA’s connection to the City of Happy Valley is distinct in structure. Now celebrating its twentieth anniversary, the HVBA’s 20th Anniversary Celebration will honor its commitment to the City and its businesses, as well as the individuals impacting our community.
